Photographer's Note	The vehicles pictured were disassembled at U.S. airbases in India… loaded aboard transports for flights into Kunming, China. The vehicles were then reassembled and driven to bases in China. Here two weapon carriers bound for Chengdu, were loaded on the barge and taken across with the aid of this antiquated steamer. The convoy of 15 trucks and jeeps bound for the 20th Air force crossed the Yangtze 4 times on the nine-day journey.
