Illustration of the Haida Totem Pole at the Milwaukee Public Museum. Carved, wooden totem pole, 41 feet high, placed in front of the museum in 1921. This pole, bearing the hereditary crests and totemic symbols of an important Haida family stood, until 1913, at the town of Ian, Masset Inlet, Queen Charlotte Islands, British Columba.
