Artist Bio	Yifu Ma is also known as Yifu (courtesy name) and Zhan Weng, Juan Sou or Juansi Old Man (pseudonym). Ma was born in Sichuan and moved to Shaoxing, Zhejiang when he was about six or seven years old. Ma was well-known as a master of Confucianism, calligraphy, and seal cutting. He was one of the leaders of the Modern Neo-Confucianism. Ma studied languages in America, Japan and Germany. After returning to China in 1911, Ma supported the revolution initiated by Yat-sen Sun. Later, he taught Sinological learning in Zhejiang University. In 1953, Ma worked as the president of Zhejiang Research Institute of Literature and History and in 1964, served as the vice-president of Central Research Institute of Culture and History. He died in 1967 right after the Cultural Revolution.
作者生平	馬一浮名浮，幼名福田，號湛翁，被褐，晚號蠲叟，蠲戲老人。生於四川，幼年移居浙江。馬一浮為著名的中國國學家、書法家、篆刻家，新儒家學派人物。二十世紀初曾留學美國，後又遊學德國及日本，於1911年回國並支持孫中山所領導的革命。曾任國立浙江大學漢學教授、浙江文史館館長、中央文史館副館長等。於1967年文革後不久去世。

Main Text	Everyone holds up robes and wades into rivers together to celebrate this holiday. The weather is so nice and there are only few clouds in such beautiful landscape. River breeze slightly and slowly moves a boat. Tasty wine intoxicates an enthusiastic mind. I am under delusion that I stand on a terrace and encounter Xi Fu (a hero in Chinese mythology) and Yao (a legendary king). History has shown us that everything in this universe looks different and diverse but actually it would return to the same origin so there is no need to care about the length of life.
釋文	相與欣嘉節，率爾同褰裳；薄雲羅物景，微風扇輕航。醇醑陶丹府，兀若遊羲唐；萬殊混一理，安復覺彭殤。
