Artist Bio	Shixian Gao, born in Zhejiang, China, specialized in calligraphy and seal cutting. He excelled in drawing plum blossoms and is interested in collecting other artists’ works. His collection is stored in a place called Mei Wang Ge.
作者生平	高時顯，字欣木，號野侯，杭州人。善書畫、治印，由其精於畫梅。高時顯也收藏其他名人畫梅之作，梅王閣為其藏畫處。

Main Text	A guest from Chang’an asked the host from Luoyang: “ I have heard that it was decided to locate the capital of Han dynasty at Luoyang, Henan during the beginning of its territorial planning. However, the plan was stopped for certain reasons. It turns out the capital is located at Chang’an. Do you know what caused the change of the plan? Have you reviewed the whole scope of the plan?” The host said: “Never.”
釋文	有西都賓問於東都主人曰：「蓋聞皇漢之初經營也，嘗有意乎都河洛矣。輟而弗康，寔用西遷，作我上都。主人聞其故而睹其制乎？」主人曰：「未也。」
